The Insured is obliged to undergo this test. Refusal to submit to an examination or other conduct to ensure that their conduct causes the deprivation of rights to benefits, unless the insured proves that there were reasons which made it impossible to submit to this test. Research costs are reimbursed to the driver for this examination by the Department of Social Security, except that the costs of these tests shall be borne by the insured, if confirmed to be the use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
