the Article. 476 § 2 and 3 kpc for the case of social security is understood as a case in which an appeal from the decision of the rights relating to:
1) social security and family security,
2) pensions,
3) other benefits in matters within the jurisdiction of the Social Insurance Institution,
4) entitled to compensation for accidents and illnesses in connection with military service or service in the Police or the Prison Service and the matter initiated by the failure of the pension agency decisions in good time, as well as cases in which an appeal against the decision of the regional working group on the rule on the degree of disability oraz sprawy o roszczenia ze stosunków prawnych między członkami otwartych funduszy emerytalnych a tymi funduszami lub ich organami.
