Today EKOSTRAŻ together with officers of the Municipal Police Headquarters in temporarily deprived the owner of a puppy kept in improper living conditions at a construction site, ul. Vulture Szarzyński in Wroclaw. Dog owner has been detained by the police.
About a dog have reported very worried residents. The intervention was made without undue delay. On the spot revealed that the owner maintains about 1.5 months a puppy in a wooden chest that was sealed. The animal was very dehydrated due to lack of sustainable access to safe drinking water at very high temperatures environment. Using statutory powers, we made a decision about his immediate reception.
Owner firmly refused and locked the dog up on the site. Because of that, in order to implement the decision EKOSTRAŻY in place of calling police officers who entered the construction site and brought a temporary reception of the animal. The dog stays in temporary EKOSTRAŻY home, and police are conducting investigations in the direction of the offense committed by the owner of the abuse of a dog by keeping it in improper living conditions.
